DeMar DeRozan stated, “As a student of the game, I’ve seen the wildest outcomes,” according an NBA.com story. “I remember that all the time. Everything is conceivable. Until the time runs out, it’s not over. When we find ourselves in a circumstance like that, I always believe that something amazing could happen to us and I hold onto that belief. It was one of those games where you had to seize the moment and everything fell into place for you. One of those instances where you just have to stick with it, and that’s what we did tonight.

DeRozan has been incredible this season, and over the past two weeks, he has repeatedly willed the Bulls to victory in close games. In the fourth quarter, he is playing with the proper mindset, which is really benefiting the Bulls and him.

The Los Angeles Clippers will be visiting the Bulls on Thursday night, when they will resume play at home. We’ll see how DeRozan responds after his incredible 46-point outburst and whether Chicago can win two straight games.
