Hawthorn has revealed its highly anticipated 2024 Retro Guernsey, with the fan-favorite Menacing Hawk design winning the vote. Originally worn as the club’s away guernsey from 2011 to 2014, the Menacing Hawk jersey was donned by Hawthorn legends such as Sam Mitchell, Luke Hodge, Lance ‘Buddy’ Franklin, and Jordan Lewis.
In a nod to their illustrious predecessors, today’s Hawthorn players will soon sport the revived Menacing Hawk design later this year. The jersey will make its comeback during Hawthorn’s Retro Round clash against Collingwood on Saturday, 20 July at the MCG.
