New Eagles settle in and get to work in South London.

After a busy transfer deadline day on Friday, four new Crystal Palace signings joined their teammates for their first training session on Saturday.

Maxence Lacroix, Eddie Nketiah, Matt Turner, and Trevoh Chalobah were seen at Copers Cope Road for the first time, having all joined Crystal Palace on Transfer Deadline Day.

Manager Oliver Glasner revealed in his pre-match press conference that none of the new signings would feature in Sunday’s game against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge. He said, “No new player will be available for Sunday, but we trust in all the players who are here. We have a competitive squad, and the win against Norwich was important for their self-confidence – we could see it in training. The players are smiling more, the mood went up, so this is what we now want to continue at Chelsea and before many go to their national teams again.”

Saturday’s training session reflected that positive spirit, enhanced by the presence of the new signings. You can check out the best images from their first session at Palace below!
