Rodrigo Muniz scored another goal and was named Man of the Match.
In the second half, our Brazilian forward found space and headed home a lovely cross from Timothy Castagne to score his 10th goal of the season overall against Craven Cottage.
In an otherwise dull first half, he was also Fulham’s greatest chance to score, bulling his way past the Palace defense and forcing Dean Henderson into a superb save.
Once more, Muniz’s hold-up and link-up play stood out. His power gave former Whites favorite Joachim Andersen endless difficulties, and a brilliant pass to Alex Iwobi nearly set up Harrison Reed for a second goal.
With the support of 35% of voters, Muniz defeated Castagne (13.2%) and Calvin Bassey (15.9%).
