Several important Timberwolves players are listed as injured for their game against the Bulls.
Following their thrilling victory against the Denver Nuggets on Wednesday night, the Minnesota Timberwolves will have a packed Sunday night. The Wolves will try to get revenge on the Chicago Bulls for their earlier meeting this year when they host them. The Bulls played well with Nikola Vucevic and Andre Drummond, and Coby White fired hot shots from outside the arc to cut the halftime lead to 22 points. It was a hard, come-from-ahead loss. Down the stretch, a couple Timberwolves are hurt, though. Jordan McLaughlin, a point guard, joined Anthony Edwards and Rudy Gobert on the Timberwolves’ injured report.

Anthony Edwards, Rudy Gobert remain on injury report
Both Rudy Gobert and Anthony Edwards, who are classified as questionable, are still nursing injuries that have been bothering them for the past few weeks. Edwards is still classified as doubtful despite dislocating his left middle finger. Earlier in March, during his poster jam over Utah Jazz forward John Collins, he sustained an injury. The standout guard for the Timberwolves hasn’t actually missed any time because of the disruption yet.
Ant hasn’t been quite consistent since he suffered the injury. Edwards is averaging 20.6 points per game in those five games, and he has only made one field goal of more than 43 percent. He was unable to score 20 points in two out of those five competitions. Edwards may be feeling the effects of his relocation, but it’s still possible that he will suit up against the Bulls on Sunday night.
Rudy Gobert did miss a few games on the Wolves’ road trip earlier this month due to a sprained left rib. But ever since coming back, Gobert has dominated. The defensive mainstay of the Timberwolves is still racking up double-doubles left and right. Over the past five games for Minnesota, the Frenchman has averaged 13.2 points, 12.8 rebounds, and 2.0 blocks. With his most recent production,ClutchPoints expects Gobert to be ready to roll against the Chicago Bulls on Sunday night barring any last-minute changes
