According to SNY’s Connor Hughes, the Jets and assistant general manager Rex Hogan have mutually decided to part ways.
Hogan recently concluded his fifth season as the Jets’ assistant general manager and his seventh overall. The move allows Hogan to explore other opportunities outside of the Jets organization.
Prior to the Jets, Hogan spent 12 years with the Chicago Bears, in part as a national scout.
After joining the Jets in 2019, Hogan collaborated with Joe Douglas to build a roster that included some of the team’s most promising young players, such as Quinnen Williams, Garrett Wilson, and Sauce Gardner.
