Fresh Sunderland injury concern as first-team striker nets two against Leeds United’s under-21s

In the Premier League 2 match, Sunderland defeated Leeds United under-21s 3-1 thanks to two goals from striker Nazariy Rusyn. Ben Crompton was forced to leave the game after just 20 minutes due to an injury.
