Former Forest Manager Steve Cooper linked with swift return to Premier League after Nottingham exit

Steve Cooper, the former manager of Nottingham Forest, is supposedly on West Ham’s shortlist for the managerial position, Should David Moyes be fired.

According to reports, Moyes is under pressure at the London Stadium because of the team’s dismal recent performance. Six Premier League games have seen West Ham go winless, including a 6-0 home loss to rivals Arsenal, which saw thousands of Hammers supporters leave the stadium at halftime with their team trailing 4-0.

Moyes stated, “It’s not like my teams in the past,” and he insisted that his players accept accountability. I’ll examine it and try to repair it over the course of a few minutes. The players must accept responsibility; I accept responsibility and choose the team.”
A recent rumor from 90min claims that former Forest manager Cooper ‘would be in the running’ in the event that Moyes were to depart the team. Paulo Fonseca, the head coach of Lille, and Will Sill, the manager of Reims, are reportedly being considered as possible Ligue 1 possibilities.

Cooper, on the other hand, left Forest in December after leading the team to its first Premier League appearance in 23 years. In their inaugural season in the top division, the Reds came in 16th place.
