Arsenal has included Ollie Watkins in their shopping list as the Aston Villa striker cannot stop scoring.
In the summer, the Gunners will be looking to add a new striker, and a number of names have been connected to the position.
Ivan Toney and Victor Osimhen are allegedly among Mikel Arteta’s and the Emirates’ transfer coordinators’ targets on their list.
Although the Gunners have previously been linked to a move for Watkins and were unable to add him to their roster, his current form is too good to ignore.
In 26 Premier League games this season, Watkins has tallied 14 goals and dished out 10 assists, making him a club’s dream player.
According to The Sun, he is now being considered by Arsenal as a player to add to their roster during the summer transfer window.
It is difficult to dismiss Watkins’ form, as he has unquestionably been among the Premier League’s finest strikers this season.
The Villa player is also excited about moving to the Emirates, but his aspirational employers will do everything in their power to retain him, particularly if they unexpectedly qualify for the Champions League at the conclusion of the campaign.
