This offseason, the New York Giants have taken steps to improve.
Despite losing Saquon Barkley and Xavier McKinney, they were able to solve a number of problems, like their unsteady offensive line.
However, a few supporters and pundits remain pessimistic about this squad because they don’t seem to be happy with their quarterback situation.
Daniel Jones doesn’t appear to have a large fanbase, and on social media, he frequently faces trolling.
Notably, Antonio Brown, a former standout wide receiver for the Pittsburgh Steelers, joined the conversation and attacked the Duke product on Twitter.

He posted a GIF of a dejected Buzz Lightyear and said that Giants supporters need to experience similar emotions after witnessing other clubs let go of their unsatisfactory quarterbacks in a matter of years, while they’re about to enter year six of the Daniel Jones era.
Frankly, Jones’ performance in the previous season was far from outstanding. After a season that had been his best yet and he had earned a large salary, some believed he was ready to step up under Brian Daboll, who had shaped Josh Allen into the player he is today.
Sadly, that leap never materialized, and the Giants’ offense appeared much more effective without him.
The organization and the fans are now unsure about whether he has what it takes to be their quarterback in the future due to this and his history of injuries. Perhaps they will even try to draft a quarterback in the NFL Draft in an attempt to put some pressure on him.
