When little Irish rugby fan Stevie performed Ireland’s call on the Late Late Toy Show, he shocked everyone.
To his amazement, the young fan was joined on the broadcast by Irish celebrities Peter O’Mahony and Bundee Aki. When host Patrick Kielty questioned Stevie about what it was like to stand next to his heroes during their run at the Rugby World Cup in France this summer, he replied that it was a “dream come true.” Stevie was also given an Ireland jersey that was autographed by the players by O’Mahony and Aki.
Social media users expressed their admiration for the performance by writing, “What a heartfelt rendition.” Excellent work He has a great set of pipes, and I hope he keeps singing as he gets older.
