27-year-old at Nottingham Forest is expected to leave in the summer.

This season, a few specific Forest players have had some incredibly outstanding campaigns.

One of the key reasons they are not lower in the table than they are is undoubtedly Chris Wood’s goal-scoring exploits.

One player who could have an impact on Sunday is Morgan Gibbs-White, who has been the team’s standout performer thus far this season.

Gonzalo Montiel, a loanee who has hardly played this season, is one player who is unlikely to start for the Forest team on Sunday.

And now, after his loan period expires, Forest will send the right-back back to Sevilla, as reported by journalist Rudy Galetti.

Due to his lack of participation this season, Forest is unlikely to use their £9 million option to extend his stay permanently.

With 10 league appearances totaling 501 minutes this season, the 27-year-old has only made five starts in the Premier League.

On Sunday, Forest will perform for a group of analysts from Sky Sports who have been heavily critical of the team over the past week.

Not just Montiel is a likely departure from Forest this summer.

With how the team performs in their final four Premier League games, it might be a summer of departures at the City Ground.

But winger Josh Bowler, who is now on loan at Cardiff City, is one player who has already attracted attention from the continent.

Prior to the summer transfer window, it is rumored that German second-tier team Hertha Berlin has already expressed interest in the 25-year-old.

Bowler is scheduled to return to Forest at the end of the current campaign, despite having been able to provide Cardiff with four goals and two assists thus far this season.

With no Forest appearances under his belt, this might be a fantastic chance for the team to get rid of Bowler.
