Serie A side Roma may soon face a managerial shift following their recent defeat to Verona, with Al Ahli’s Paulo Sousa among the potential options.
According to *Il Messaggero*, Ivan Juric’s future remains uncertain, and a decision is expected soon with a Europa League match on the horizon. Claudio Ranieri has been mentioned as a temporary solution, though no official contact has been made. Similarly, Roberto Mancini is a potential short-term candidate but hasn’t been approached.
Sousa, however, has reportedly been contacted recently. His Al Ahli contract includes a clause that could enable him to exit immediately under specific conditions.
Roma have also ruled out Daniele de Rossi’s return. They previously reached out to Edin Terzic after his dismissal, though talks stalled. Whether Terzic, or rumored candidate Frank Lampard, re-emerges in the selection process remains to be seen.
