98% HIGHER Chances West Ham signing Crysencio Summerville will affect Everton FC – HERE’S WHY

There’s certainly a level of optimism around Goodison Park with the four new signings settling in well but Sean Dyche is still after further reinforcements as he looks to push his side up to mid-table this season.

Though, it’s now likely that he’ll miss out on a rumoured target due to Summerville’s switch to West Ham.

Leeds unlikely to sell Wilfried Gnonto

Following Crysencio Summerville’s £25m exit from Leeds United, the Championship outfit are now very unlikely to sanction the sale of Wilfried Gnonto.

Everton have a long-standing interest in Gnonto and tried to sign him last summer, with Gnonto even refusing to play in a bid to force through a move to Merseyside.

After failing to gain promotion to the Premier League, Leeds were again braced for Gnonto offers and it was reported that The Toffees were in talks to sign him.

However, that deal now looks completely dead in the water as The Whites are under no pressure to make any more sales.

Dyche will have to look elsewhere.

Everton should consider Jonathan Rowe

Instead of Gnonto, Everton should consider a move for Norwich City wide player Jonathan Rowe, who enjoyed a productive breakthrough season in the Championship last year.

The 2003-born netted 13 times whilst laying on four assists for the Canaries and has just a year left on his deal, so he’s expected to be available for a cut-price fee.
